Incorrect Credentials Workflow

When a   status   of “incorrect_credentials” is returned in the sync response body, the institution is indicating that the username and passcode passed through Quovo are incorrect. To resolve this, you will need to make POST call to the /sync endpoint and pass through the correct   username  and   passcode  . This re-initiates the sync with the new credentials. If they are correct, the sync will continue as normal. For full syncs, you can monitor if the sync was successful with a GET /sync request; a “good”   status   indicates the sync has successfully completed. For quick syncs, the POST call itself will immediately tell you if the new credentials are correct or not.
